Aggressive and abusive behaviour

Our staff are here to help. We ask that all of our staff members are treated with courtesy and respect.

BPEQ has implemented a Zero Tolerance stance in the workplace to ensure all staff are treated with dignity and respect. This means that aggressive or violent behaviour towards our staff or any member of the public within our workplace will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

BPEQ will not tolerate conduct that puts our people or any other parties at risk of physical or mental harm. This includes behaviour that is:

• threatening
• intimidating
• abusive
• bullying
• discriminatory
• unreasonable.

BPEQ staff and management reserve the right to end any phone calls that are unreasonable and request that aggressive or abusive persons leave our office. refusal to leave upon request may result in the police being called.
